National Social Insurance Fund
Understanding our governance framework and leadership hierarchy
NSIF South Sudan is a tripartite organization governed by representatives from the Government, employers, and workers. The Fund operates under the NSIF Act, which places the best interests of members above all other considerations. The Board of Trustees formulates policies and provides strategic oversight, while the Management team, led by the Managing Director, executes day-to-day operations.
Below is the official NSIF Organizational Structure Chart illustrating the reporting lines, directorates, and departments within the Fund.
NSIF is governed by a unique tripartite arrangement that ensures balanced representation of all stakeholders:
Ministry of Labour provides policy direction and appoints key officials to ensure alignment with national development goals.
Representatives from employers' organizations bring business perspective to ensure the Fund remains responsive to employer needs.
