The National Social Insurance Fund (NSIF) of South Sudan was established to provide social security protection to all workers in the Republic of South Sudan. As a statutory body under the Ministry of Labour, Public Service & Human Resource Development, NSIF operates under the NSIF Act to ensure financial security for employees and employers alike.
Our mandate includes registering members, collecting contributions, managing social insurance funds, and paying out benefits including retirement pensions, disability benefits, and survivor benefits. NSIF is committed to transparency, sustainability, and the economic welfare of South Sudanese workers.
Since our establishment, we have grown to serve thousands of members across all ten states and three administrative areas, with a vision to extend social protection coverage to every worker in the country.
